Thank you Nikolaus,

I will do some reading on this. I am not an emacs user but I could explore this option for developing with Python. I wonder if there is something similar for VIM? I have a few scripts set up in my .vimrc which allow me to use a simple key command to execute things like pIndent and to help convert from 2.7 to 3.2 python code. Maybe some kind of script or plug in is available for VIM as well. I will look in to this. Thanks again
