[Python-ideas] More "ensure*" packages

pip install --upgrade pip
has worked well every time i have tried it..


I would like to mention that dealing with any package that
has a c-extension is utter pain under windows tho,

..especially if you want somebody else to be able to run your code,
how is not a dev.
