[Python-es] Mysqldb en windows 7

Si bajaste el .exe http://sourceforge.net/projects/mysql-python/ y te pone problemas, 

instalalo con la opción de compatibilidad

al darle python setup.py build
me da un error en:
building '_mysql' extension
error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat
