Ayuda instalacion pytables, hdf5

Debes hacer un enlace simbolico a las librerias de
hdf5 con el comando ln -s al directorio /usr/lib

ejemplo: te ubicas en el /usr/lib y desde ahi le das

ln -s /usr/local/hdf5-1.6.5/hdf5/lib/* 

espero te sirva
