Generic code that uses a Callable[[str], ...] instead of a type works
fine with a class method.

column1.parser = int
column2.parser = float
column3.parser = datetime.parse_iso
column4.parser = json.loads

It is *very slightly* more complex than a model that needs the type also
for some reason and has the type pull double duty as the parser... but
why do that?
