[Python-Dev] Is adding support for os.PathLike an enhancement or bugfix?

Probably not explicitly. A lot of support just fell through thanks to
updating os and os.path to support path-like objects.

Not sure. I opened https://bugs.python.org/issue30235 to track finding out.
