For the moment, it works. It's more a matter of indexing and navigation
than having "a way" to find it--I guess I'm officially from the
"one-click" generation. As Python releases more versions, it will
naturally become less manageable. "What's New" is basically 'indexed' by
version number currently. It'd be nice to have a feature index, for
reverse lookups. Hope that makes sense. My thought about having a
pointer to the previous "What's New" would speed navigation through
several versions, if an index were not appropriate.

Me, I just use Google. :)
