[Python-Dev] When is it okay to ``cvs remove``?

Well, some files already have a 2.x revno, others don't.  The 2.x
revnos were introduced in ancient times.  I'm all for switching to 3.x
when we're doing Python 3.0, but until then, I see no reason to play
with this.
