[Python-Dev] Release 2.2a4 going out tomorrow

Unless bad things happen, we'll release 2.2a4 tomorrow.  I've just
created the release branch (r22a4-branch) and will be making some
small version-adjusting changes to it next.  As before, please don't
make checkins to this branch -- if you have something that you'd
like to go in, please check it in to the trunk and send an email to
python-dev.
