[Python-de] Zeichen in einem String ersetzen

Diese Behandlung der Strings, hatte ich nicht berücksichtig.

 Strings sind in Python unveränderbar. replace() verändert daher nicht  den String, sondern  gibt einen neuen String zurück.

 Nimm daher
   werteliste[i] = werteliste[i].replace(".", ",", 1)
