Just to be a little more specific, Python.org is well-known for using
electronic voting and I'm wondering about using Python for some electronic
voting experiments in Puerto Rico. I'm not an expert, more an enthusiast.
I have longtime connections with DemocracyLab.org, which often has a booth
at OSCON (Open Source Convention).
