Thanks. I'll take a look at it.

I've been toying with the idea of some kind of Pythonic access to FreeBSD's
dummynet facility to support testing M2Crypto's SSL socket timeouts. Just
haven't had the time to get to it.

Dummynet is a traffic shaper, bandwidth manager and delay emulator for
FreeBSD. I have no doubt there exist three or seven implementations of same
on Linux.
