[PYTHON-CRYPTO] ANN: amkCrypto for Win32

I've managed to compile amkCrypto for Windows, with a
few minor changes to the source code. I've created a
win32 distribution of amkCrypto that includes the
necessary changes to the source, plus precompiled
binaries so you can use it out of the box.
