I wrote the news entry with blurb, which opens Notebook on Windows, and
did not add the blank lines myself. Something else added them after I
saved the file with Notebook. The is the second file where this
happened. I updated blurb a couple of days ago from 1.0 to 1.0.5 in
case this would make a difference.
I rechecked the other files in the idle new dir and the rest look ok. I
will try to check the blurb files more carefully before and after making
a PR to see if and when this happens again.
