Probably here in SVN, though I'm hoping it won't be long before Georg
approves the faq/ and dev/ directories moving over into the
python/Doc/ directory.

I've left out the /dev/intro page, because it's a general overview
that seems to duplicate the material from the other pages in less
detail; do you think it's worth incorporating, or has any pieces that
should be saved?
