Not a bad idea.  Some directive to mark a block of docs as "small print" that
can be extended by JS (or is always displayed, maybe in smaller font, if JS is
not supported) is easy to do.  However, I fear that if it's used too much,
people will get annoyed.

Let's discuss this a bit more on the docs list.
