There actually is a post release step (the --done switch) but all it does is
add the + to the end of the version number.  We can definitely add additional
steps to this action.  Feel free to hack on it -- it's in the sandbox -- or
open a release blocker issue and I'll deal with it before the next release.

Another thing (if anybody's looking for something "fun" to do :) is that it
would be great if release.py could also hack the web site and PEPs.  That was
next on my list of things to do.
