[issue33012] Invalid function cast warnings with gcc 8 for METH_NOARGS

If I click the link for PR 6748, I see a page with "We went looking everywhere, but couldn’t find those commits."  Maybe the PR needs to be refreshed or closed and maybe reopened. PR 6749 looks normal.
