Serhiy: "I meant the original issue. AFAIK ResourceWarningis not raised in 2.7. And other warnings less likely have unique messages. Seems the problem is less critical in 2.7."

Oh yes, sorry, I forgot your comment and I forgot that Python 2.7 doesn't have ResourceWarning. I closed my PR for Python 2.7: https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/4588
