Ok, the test is now skipped on 3.5, 3.6 and master to fix CI and buildbots.

R. David Murray: "Setting up an imap server on pythontest is the "right" answer.  Somebody has to do the work, though :)"

Who work on pytohntest? Where should I ask that?
