I was able to load Python 3.2.3. I set up Eclipse with PyDev now I try it with print("hello world"); and got this error. 

Mark unable to load 3.50b4 same error in log.

Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: can't initialize sys standard streams
LookupError: unknown encoding: MS874
