[issue19838] test.test_pathlib.PosixPathTest.test_touch_common fails on FreeBSD with ZFS

Since issue15745 hasn't been fixed yet, would be okay to skip these tests when the test suite runs from a ZFS container? Currently, these failures are a nuissance when running the test suite.
