Microsoft using Visual Studio 2012 (VC 11.0) now,
Errors happened again. 
I just want to install Cython.........

Error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat
ValueError: [u'path', u'include', u'lib']
NameError: name 'KEY_BASE' is not defined
KeyError: '9.0'
error: command 'cl.exe' failed: No such file or directory
