[issue4972] context managerment support in imaplib, smtplib, ftplib

ftplib.FTP and smtplib.SMTP support the "with" statement since 3.2 and 3.3 respectively.
imaplib seems to be the only one left.
Can someone review and commit the patch for 3.4?
