I'm beginner with this tool, also a beginner programmer.
I submitted the problem to IDE tool PyScripter.
Just wanted to help Python improvement. I'm looking to improve also my experience.

That isn't a valid Python program, and you appear to be reporting a bug in a third party tool.  You should report your problem to the appropriate community for your IDE tool.
