[issue11288] Python installed from MSI doesn't work

I've got the same situation. Windows 7 (32bit) python-3.2.msi installations puts through, but when I try to lunch python appears error :

Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: unable to load the file system codec
LookupError: no codec search functions registered: can't find encoding
