[issue8598] test/support: don't use localhost as IPv6 host name

Mac OS X 10.6.3 has "::1  localhost".

My Ubuntu 9.10 has "::1  ip6-localhost ip6-loopback" but I don't rember if I edited this line or not. I don't think so.
