[issue8165] logging.handlers.RotatingFileHandler fails when delay parameter is set to True

I've investigated: this issue was fixed in r68829 dated 20 Jan, 2009. This was after the release of 2.6.1 but before the release of 2.6.2.

Please upgrade to Python 2.6.2.
