[issue8466] typo in tp_name of cStringIO

if you execute the following code from
cStringIO import StringIO
x = StringIO()
x.get_value()
you will see that the AttributeError line has a typo
it displays 'cStringIO.StringO' instead of 'cStringIO.StringIO'
this error is in line 529 of the Modules/cStringIO.c code (of 2.7b1)
