[issue5222] Please include AutoScroll and create_container in pyttk and Tkinter support

I have just released PAGE, a Python GUI generator utilizing tk and ttk
widgets.  It requires the Pyttk extension to Tkinter to support the ttk
widgets.  It would be great if Pyttk were included in the Python library
if not into Tkinter. I also suggest that Pyttk be augmented to include
Guilherme Polo's functions AutoScroll and create_container as well as
ScrolledText and ScrolledTreeview. See Pyttk-samples.tar.gz.
