Because I haven't committed the result of svnmerge.py unblock yet.
svnmerge.py refuses to work on a sandbox with uncommitted changes.

2to3:

./python Tools/scripts/2to3 -w Lib/json/
./python Tools/scripts/2to3 -w -d Lib/json/
