Summary: email.Generator docs contain a bad off-site link

Initial Comment:
The email.Generator module documentation contains this off-site link, entitled "WHY THE CONTENT-LENGTH FORMAT IS BAD":

http://home.netscape.com/eng/mozilla/2.0/relnotes/demo/content-length.html

That page no longer exists, and hasn't for quite a while, according to archive.org. Perhaps the python docs should refer to another source for that informative rant from jwz.
