Summary: Bad documentation of SMTPException

Initial Comment:
The documentation of the SMTP object
http://docs.python.org/lib/SMTP-objects.html
lists "SMTPError" as a possible exception.
It should be "SMTPException" instead of "SMTPError".

Also, the "SMTPAuthenticationError" needs to be listed on the first page of the smtlib documentation
