I don't know how to make the update. When I build the docs
on my machine, the "time" module link is included in the
global module index.

I'm not sure what's to reproduce. I just observed that the dev version of the
module index is missing the time module, at least when viewed from my Mac
using Safari or Firefox. Does updating the dev docs restore it?

I can't reproduce this, even after doing a "make clobber" in
the Doc/ directory. Was there anything weird about the
environment? Windows/Cygwin?
