Summary: zipimport produces incomplete IOError instances

Initial Comment:
The get_data() method on the zipimport.zipimporter
object produces IOError exceptions that only have an
error message.  It should use
PyErr_SetFromErrnoWithFilename() instead of
PyErr_Format() for IOError exceptions.

This should be fixed for both Python 2.4.3 and 2.5.
