Summary: bad link in Tkinter docs

Initial Comment:
http://docs.python.org/lib/node639.html has a dead link pointing to
the "Packer class interface". Is that supposed to be pointing to the
next page, "Packer options"?

The patch 1062018 fixes this issue by commenting out the
reference, following the model for several other occurences
in the same file.
