In the current on-line documentation for the library,
in URL

http://www.python.org/doc/current/lib/built-in-funcs.html#l2h-9

It says under classmethod(), 2nd to last sentence, "If
you want those, see ."  The HTML source has the tag
<tex2html_cross_ref_visible_mark> which doesn't display
in my browser (Mozilla 1.0.1 for Linux).

Added the missing \label{staticmethod} and \label
{classmethod} so there will be valid jump targets.
