Summary: IDLE will not start in Windows98
Initial Comment:
IDLE started the first time, but now will not start. OS is
Windows98 4.10 (Build 2222). Shows hour glass for a
couple seconds, then nothing. Python 2.3 is installed in
directory c:\python23. I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling to no effect.

Solution.................
Installing Ruby 1.80-10 and Python2.3 causes a conflict
between the respective Tcl/Tk libraries.
