Summary: Acrobat Reader 5 compatibility
Initial Comment:
I read the comment about Adobe admitting that it can't print the
Python documentation is their fault, but as the bug doesn't seem to
get fixed, is there any workaround that we could make?
Especially on MacOSX you have the problem that there is no Acrobat 4
that you can use (unless you want to run it under Classic), and it
seems a bit silly to have all this beautiful documentation that people
then can't print...

I have been in contact with two other people about this bug,
here is an extract from some conversation we had. I'll be
happy to mail Fred his email adress, don't want to post it
here on the web.

the problem

Python guys
Well, there is a bug in Acrobat Reader, but recent pdftex
versions
have a workaround for it. It might be that this is a different
problem.

Yes, I'll do this next week.

don't work

It seems python.sty defines its own \url command which
apparently
used to create hyperlinks, but as it was tailored to very
specific
pdftex (and hyperref) versions, it breaks now.
