Summary: Support for page & shortcut icons
Initial Comment:
The generated Python documentation should include
support for "page" and "shortcut" icons. These are
supported (at least) by MSIE and Mozilla 0.9.6 ("page"
only for now, but "shortcut" expected for 0.9.7).
Netscape 6.x will acquire support from the Mozilla project.

Fred, did you just check in this change? Should this be
closed?
