Summary: Installation instructions are wrong

Initial Comment:
The README file's installation instructions in Python
2.2 are wrong. The Modules/Setup file has changed
considerably in purpose between Python 2.0 and Python
2.2, but the instructions are identical. There needs
to be some wording to the effect that Modules/Setup is
only for configuring where to look for libraries, etc,
and actually everything that's commented out in
Modules/Setup will be included anyway by some magic
means.

I've edited the instructions. Hopefully the CVS version is
to your liking.
