Summary: Python 2.1 breaks py-qt

Initial Comment:
Py-Qt, which works fine with Python 2.0, complains 
fails with RuntimeError: Signal has wrong argument 
types for slot under Python 2.1b2 when attempting to 
run any program with QT that uses signals and slots.

This is a problem in PyQt not Python. PyQt v2.4pre1 works 
fine with Python v2.1b. PyQt v2.4 will be released as soon 
as Python v2.1 is released.
