... I added ".m" as the list of suffixes to compile as
C source on Mac OS X. This worked just fine and
allowed the PyObjC module to compile via a
normal distutils based setup.py script.
I suspect that there may need to be flags?
In general, the whole makesetup mechanism
should be coupled with distutils because
makesetup has a bunch more knowledge about
the specifics of dealing with certain source file
types!???!!
