Summary: python2.0 fails to build on RedHat7.0

Details: Probably because of the change in RH7 to gcc2.96 
the compilation bombs out in Include/pyport.h 
this can be circumvented by uncommenting the if endif 
pair immmediately before the line in pyport.h where
the error is reported
