I am researching a history of "g forces" and their physiological effect on humans.

Because of your position, it might be good exposure and publicity for you and your organization, if you would like to help me with information. I would credit you for any specific information used, of course, and I would be glad to include a specific mention or personal reference for your interest.

My focus is man confronting increasingly higher "g forces" from 1900 to 2000, in areas including an everyday "normal" environment up to one of high performance aerospace maneuvers.

My research is looking for the answers to these questions:

What are the effects at each stage of -3 to +11 "g's" on the human body?

What is the range of "g's" that can be encountered in an automobile,
a bungee jump, a roller coaster, an airplane and aerospace launches?

What are the specific "g's" and the specific maneuvers which cause them above the normal environment and what are the procedures used to cope with them?

Any type of information that would help me "fill in any of the spaces" with relevant details
would really be appreciated...a specific maneuver - a turn, angle, rise/fall, acceleration or
speed resulting in a discrete g force in your environment, what it does to the body and
whatever relevant info you want to include about it.

The finished product may have some value in promotion or marketing for you as well, and if you let me know I would be glad to keep you informed upon completion.

Also any sources you may know of would be of tremendous help.

Thank you very much

Andy Foreman
