I am working on a conference presentation focused on African Python communities. Our community has grown tremendously over the years, and I believe there are countless inspiring stories waiting to be shared. That's where you come in! Do you have a story to tell about Python making a positive impact in your community? Maybe it's about your own journey, a community project, or just something remarkable. One good example is Python in Nigeria: when it started, Python was hardly taught in schools. But today, Python is part of the curriculum in many schools, thanks to events like DjangoGirls and meetups. Another exciting thing is that Python jobs have increased in Nigeria since our community began in 2016. Your story could be equally inspiring, and it deserves to be heard. Please respond to this email if you have a story, no matter how big or small, that you believe should be shared with the wider Python community. Let's celebrate our achievements and inspire others to continue pushing the boundaries of what Python can achieve in Africa. *"Until lions tell their tale, the story of the hunt will always glorify the Hunter"* - *African Proverb* *"If we don't tell our own stories, no one else will." - Mira Nair* I look forward to hearing from you. -- Kind Regards, Aisha Bello -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
