[Python-3000-checkins] r56818 - python/branches/py3k-struni/Lib/wsgiref/handlers.py

I usually change these to isinstance(t, basestring). I know it's not
the same thing: the original code excluded subclasses, but I think
that was just a matter of extreme b/w compatibility.
