[pytest-dev] pytest docs on readthedocs?

Hi Bruno,

i'm +1 on putting it on that infrastructure
in particular the recent unintended infrastructure issues have put some
emphasis on solving infrastructure differently,
and my understanding is, that readthedocs does not have those issues at
a fundamental level
