The good news: It works fine for me!
The bad news: Minus the BDD tests of course... so I'll not be able to
upgrade to 3.0 until someone helps me fix[1] pytest-bdd (as I really
don't know enough about fixture internals and pytest-bdd) or I get to
writing my own BDD plugin without such a deep (and therefore hackish)
fixture integration :(
