[pytest-dev] planet pytest

I talked to Holger and will setup a Planet VM over the weekend. If it 
goes as planned, there will be a repository where people can make a PR 
to add their feed and the rest is automatic. If it's not fully 
automatic, it will at least be very easy to update :)
